3.7I worked for Mistras Group for a little under 9 years. Mistras is a great company. Mistras is a highly respected NDE company. Somewhere I saw myself retiring from. Mistras gave me the opportunity and the knowledge to have the skills and background to be where I am today in my career. I beleive Mistras to be an excellent employer as a whole. However there are many changeshappening since the company became publicly traded, which unfortunately has minimalized employee opportunities that once were.
3.2I've worked at Mistras for 3 years since 2018. At first it was amazing, there was work everyday and people were happy. But now the company is under new management. The company is deteriorating with little or no work available, and there are constant layoffs as the company tries to restructure into a services company rather than a production company. There is no 401k anymore, they do not give raises or inflation increases, but they do have decent insurance coverage.
4.1I worked for Mistras group for 20 Years, high technology, great products and Great employees.. In the past Mistras had an strong Management Team which help the company grow over 500% 10 years.
current Management is very weak and has changed the culture of the company, not familiar with technology and causing hardship on the company and unfortunately has affected many employees.
