"I've worked with this company a long time. Morale is not good. There have been layoffs and furloughs due to a dwindling contract load. The company needs to right-size, cut costs, and then aggressively market itself. There is too much management - too many people managing the guy who manages the guy who creates the process for the guy who replaces the photocopier paper."
