"MINI corporate culture is amazing, but the specific dealership in town has very little interest in its employees. You are expected to constantly be "on call" work six days straight at the end of the month, a ten plus hour day without a break every Saturday. For a commission income that is inconsistent and a bonus structure that continues to change to the employee's detriment. There are also inconsistencies in how employees are treated."
