"I enjoyed developing my customer base and the customer relationships also. I like working in a one-on-one sales environment."

What don't you like about working at Home Depot?

"I disliked the pay to sales, the work scheduling hours, and no overtime."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As far as suggestions go, I know management has no control on increasing hourly pay, but as a sales specialist who drove sales, I would like to see a good base + commission for sales specialists, and to get a more balanced work schedule to fit work and personal life."
