"I disliked the pay to sales, the work scheduling hours, and no overtime."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As far as suggestions go, I know management has no control on increasing hourly pay, but as a sales specialist who drove sales, I would like to see a good base + commission for sales specialists, and to get a more balanced work schedule to fit work and personal life."
