What do you like about working at Miller's Ale House?

"I liked the concept and the clientele in certain locations were great. A lot of regular based business which was nice to establish a relationship with good people. The staff was very great with customers and always had a smile and worked very hard. The management team was very diversified."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Go in with an open mind and a great attitude and you will make a lot of money."

What don't you like about working at Miller's Ale House?

"The hours were a bit much if you enjoyed quality of life. 13-14 hour work days can be a bit tough and mentally challenging when you need quality time to spend with family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only thing I would recommend is for all upper management to accept new ideas that can be very helpful when dealing with some of the staff for incentives and rewards based on performance because we are nothing without them and they are the front line of great impressions."
