"The initial pay was good but quickly learned they bait and switch"

"DONT DO IT, its a terrible company to work for. They will entice you with big payout promises and when you work hard and get to the big payout, they fire you. Proven track record on this, they went through 15 different executive assistant in the year I was there, as soon as I helped land a big accoutn I was fired, so obviously they dont have to pay me, they do this to everyone"
What don't you like about working at Mihlfeld & Associates?
"The company is run by two brothers whos job experience totals one aspiring to be a pro golfer and the other his manager. Obviously they lack the knowledge to effectively manage. They promise big payouts but then dont deliver. They bait and switch and go through people on a DAILY basis"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Invest in a staf who actually have management experience. Pay staff what you promise, no bait and switch"
