"The people I worked with and the management team form the Country Financial organization."

"Working with the local managment team who did not understand the value add of IT and how improving IT efficiences would improve employee over all productivity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"By implementing SLA's and providing roadmaps along with open communication would go a long way with feeling valued and assisting the business with their objectives and goals....however this was mostly because of budget constraints.......Budget allocation was provided to the development of applicaitons that once implemented would produce revenue."
