The only reason anyone stays employed is that the money made for exploiting people who want to sing at Carnegie Hall and will do anything to do it is so good. They can't get paid better for doing this horrible work. Do yourself a favor and don't let the nefarious money making fool you.
3.6Overall my experience at my last employer was a great learning experience. I've developed many skills dealing with customer service, office management, marketing, etc. My supervisor listened to many of my ideas and we have collaborated on many projects together. I've also at one point taken an initiative to take on the role as my supervisor while she was away.
