"Loved helping users in distress. Loved working with so much talent, and collaborating. Hated getting the long support call at the end of the day. I was not a fan of the performance metrics, that by default favored those that left the customer without solution, just next steps. Being the closer wasn't necessarily the shining metric, because it always had long call durations associated."
