What do you like about working at Microsemi Corporation?

"Senior Management was great. They held regular quarterly meetings notifying all staff of company operations including financials. If you met the president in the hallway he knew everyones name and treated everyone down to the lowest paid employees as if they were equals. It was a great environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself, Be smart, they only hire the best."

What don't you like about working at Microsemi Corporation?

"The semi-conductor industry goes through alot of ups and downs and thus there will be layoffs that go with business cycles."
