"I have joined Microsemi in 2017. It got acquired recently by Microsemi. Work in my BU is excellent. CEO is good. In my location particularly people are working for decades and comfortable with things happening. However I am looking for something more dynamic and fast paced, full of young and energetic co-workers."

"The poor engineers who are promoted up and end up costing the company large amounts of money and time."

"Reveiw the Defense and Aerospace market before applying. This will give you an indictation of how healthy the business is."

"Lack of direction from Management resulted in lack of new product. Knee jerk reaction by Mgmt to a slow quarter results in the loss of some good employees."

"Need to have a forward looking plan that ensures the longevity of the business."
