"I was sent to this company on assignment by a staffing agency. Although I was initially treated well, the situation quickly deteriorated when I was left to train myself for a week. Although, I came to work every day and got along (or at least thought I got along well with the people I was working with) I was called by the staffing agency and told that I was no longer needed because I "didn't make eye contact with the human resources manager"?! I believe this person is a poor excuse for a human resource manager, as if they felt that there was an issue (and they claimed that they wanted me to stick around in the position that I was in) she should have inquired as to what was going on and given me support. I truly feel that the underlying issue here is that I am a minority and did not fit into the "culture" at Microram (this is what I was told). There is NO diversity within this company and I was paid extremely poor for the amount and type of work that I was doing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, least of all minorities. STAY AWAY!"
