Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"All bonuses are based off of a percentage of your base salary so the higher the initial salary then the larger your bonus. Also note that bonuses are usually small 3-4% of quarterly salary if you make a bonus. Half of the bonus criteria is beyond your control because it is tied to the group not the individual. If the manager in the next territory over doesn't pull their weight your pocket book gets affected."

What don't you like about working at Michelin?

"Benefits are being taken away, the management is disorganized, communication is poor, little upward mobility, racial tension, micro-managed"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would also give the sales force a bonus that they can attain by performing their best and doing well. As it is right now 1/2 of the bonus is tied to the zone numbers not to the individual."
