"Although there are good parts of the company they are focused on avoiding correction to serious issues with regards to potential harmful HR incidents. Generally speaking I saw too many gender/race issues simply ignored. In some cases I witnessed good leadership rejected by senior management because they chose to fight for their employees. Far from being a sweat shop, it did tend to have a casual approach to leadership."

"I worked with MGMRI for just over a year. I worked very closely with my Director which became very benefical as he provided great guidance and mentorship. Even though I will be laid off due to Covid, MGM provided several months of health benefits and provided grants to help with bills. Work hard and prove yourself and you can move up!"
