Metrocare Services Employee

"Overview: Poor communication, poor teamwork/building, disorganized, chaotic, boundary issues between supervisors and staff. Instructions are unclear, held to high standard for assessment but then no training provided to meet the high standard, and the poor performance keeps salary increases at bay. Do not supply equipment needed to perform position. Low salary, high expectation with benchmarks and little positive reinforcement. Morale quickly fell after initial excitement of a new position with a new company."
