"The flexibility of working hours, that is, you plan your own work schedules, you are your own boss and that you decide how much you will take home at the end of every month."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They must like and love this position in their heart before attending for the interview since I have come to know that you can never be an effective sales personnel with loving the job and whatever it requires or demand, you must love it, determine to be your best and with commitment and determination, you can achieve your personal and corporate results."

What don't you like about working at MetLife?

"What I did not like about working at met life insurance is that there was no clear career path for career development, which I believe they would have to take a close look at it again."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sales force is the bloodline for every company and therefore needed to be driven by a professional and experience sales person. Management must endeavor to plan and come out with attractive and motivated compensation packages for its sales force."
