"Being a methods engineer provides an opportunity to analyze and implement process improvement into a production environment. This is both challenging and rewarding. Working daily issues to find resolution and implement solutions that solve the issues of today and create efficiencies for future production utilizes a team environment and builds workplace unity. It is frustrating at times, but very rewarding as you work with others to implement sustainable, efficient production processes."
