"The people there have been traditionally good hearted and hard workers."

"Yes. Don't go there right now. They are having serious re-structuring pains. You are just a number and likely to be let go as fast as you gt there. Seems to be a common thing these days."

What don't you like about working at Metamora Products?

"The new management stems from the automotive world mind set, and absolutely clueless as to the big picture of the core business - non automotive. They do not go hand in hand and will ultimately be it's downfall."

"Know the product line, customers needs, and the people you work with before making so many changes to the #1 profitable entity of your company."
