"There are some good things and bad things about working here. Good thing is that when it comes to asking questions about learning something new or getting something corrected the information is given freely."

"Great start for someone who would like to learn the basics of dental work."

"Piss poor management skills. Hiring people for other departments when another department is hurting and over working their employees and not hiring someone to fill a few spots."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Actually do your job and stop making false promises to people who would like to move up in the lab."
