"Like most of the reviews here and other rating websites, Merrick is truly a horrible place to work given the political environment, constant backstabbing, and poor work/family balance. The compensation is average to below average and the benefits are very poor. The matching 401k, raises, and bonuses were suspended due to money flow issues and poor profits, the health care options are very expensive in comparison to other employers. If you're looking for employment here, I highly recommend other options. You'll be sorry if you sign on at Merrick....."
