"Little value for seasoned -- or most -- employees. Treat employees as commodities, not people. Several rounds of layoffs of very experienced professionals with no apparent rhyme or reason -- beyond money."

"What I liked was The company was a excellent compnay to wrk for... and the ability to learn different positions, within 2months I was able to work the switchborad, return calls for my superivisior, I learned how to lay ads, and learned how to post item on the internet. I was also crossed trained and learned 4 new positions that I was not hiried for."

"To just always treat each person with respect, and allow people as individuals to learn new jobs, and create new ideas"
