"very by the book. think and develop your answers before just saying the first thin that comes to your mind"

"I did not like the fact that I wasn't given much responsibility just because I was an intern"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"maybe to give the intern more responsibility and more tasks related to the finished product, not just administrative duties"

What do you like about working at VF Corp.?

"Being exposed to the design & manufacturing process. Having the opportunity to meet new people."

What don't you like about working at VF Corp.?

"There was no structure to this internship, I spent a great deal of time doing menial tasks and busy work. I learned very little and was very disappointed and frustrated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Design and create a structured internship program with goals and objectives for the intern. Dont waste your money and their time but having using a college educated future professional to make copies, make labels and count inventory."
