"I would suggest a career path for valued employees, and more appreciation."

"It was a very nice place to work. You meet a lot of the world at this place. You become a wonderful guest service."

"Sometimes you feel it is all about them and nothing for you, who make all those dreams come true."

"They should think about how to balance work and personal life of their employees."

"You are you own boss!! You set your own hours of work."

"The projects do not last long."

"I enjoyed the hours (early shift) as well as working alone during the route."
What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?
"The position was very micro-managed since the merchandisers were out on their own. No GPS systems were in place inside the vehicles; making the situation a very uncomfortable experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"GPS systems for vehicles and/or two-way radios for communication. Place a bit more trust in your training and not assume everyone is out to take advantage of the company."

What do you like about working at DDP Holdings?
"When I was hired in by DDP in August 2006, I bit the bullet and accepted what they offered. My immediate supervisor, Mrs. Vicky Phelps was fair in explaining to me what was expected. I completed every task I was given, 100%. I don't think I made any mistakes. Then in Jan.2008, Deposit their contract with Lowe's and I was out on the street. I was told that SMART was the future and not to worry. Well, I have waited now for almost two years and have never received one assignment. I have done everything a human has been asked to do, but the assignments have been nil."

"Unless they are guaranteed assignments, stay away!Peter M. Olsen"

"No0t very much but in my honest opinion, since the previous owner has retired, this company has gone no-where."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"How can I make suggestions from the desert Without knowing what is really going on, I am not in a position to make any suggestions."

"My first project was fun: I did POS visiblity for AmEx. The 2nd project was less fun, but I have dome worse jobs: I was resetting DVD racks at best Buy"

"Get the pay scale explained fully: and be prepared to say No if it is too low."
What don't you like about working at Mosaic Sales Solutions?
"The pay is very low. On the 2nd project, they screwed me out of mileage and paid me for fewer hours than expected. One oddity is that they pay for mileage to your destination but not back. (There was a way to game this on the AmEx project: I went to the farthest point on my route and worked my way back home, even though this was an inefficient way to work the route.)"

"Clearer pay structure. Better information."
