"The business teams were a challenge to keep happy. So I would suspect that we spent a lot of time in meetings to understand what the business needs are."

"Find a way to keep our jobs here in the US. We need to look at new and creative alternatives to off shore development."

"The only reason I left Mercer was because there were rumors of closing the Princeton office and also because I was from North Jersey and wanted to move back North."

"I liked the work itself. I loved the problem solving and technical aspects of the job. I enjoyed working with such a large team of people from whom to learn the ropes. Mercer was a relatively flexible company in terms of hours and corporate culture."

"The salary was meager compared to other consulting firms in the Seattle area doing the same work."

"Offer better compensation and benefits packages, even if it is at the cost of the expensed happy hours and other office festivities. Those are fun in the beginning for new hires, but for people who need to start building their futures, proper compensation is more important."

"Unfortunately, they did not have a career growth plan in place for CSAs, and I felt like I would stagnate if I stayed. It's diappointing, because I would have liked to spend my career there."
