"I have worked for MentorMate for about 4 years. Enjoy the team I work with but I do not trust the management to make the correct choices in the companies direction. There are way too many managers per employee. The company has changed a lot since I first started and I think if I got hired today instead of 4 years ago I might like it more. The office is beautiful and the benefits are adequate."
