"I've been with Menlo for about 3 years now and I've learned that this isn't the company to move up in. It's not because of my work ethic, it's not actually really about me at all because there are plenty of people getting passed over for outside help. People are coming in with zero experience or transferring over with only a minimum time with Menlo and still getting the job. Pay is decent but it's under the average for what my title and previous title should be making. There is also a lot of drama/conflict when it comes to dealing with the customer. I have personally been with 4 accounts (4 customers) and they all micro-manage. None of the higher ups in Menlo want to step up and take charge instead of the customer managing it."

"I was the only IT, after 6 months of hard work, 10 hrs a day, and almost 7 days a week, setup the 100,000 square feet warehouse, and improved work. Unfortunately, due to financial trouble, I got laid off."

"Moral is low due to the loss of the Dana account, and it effects 30-40 people in the office. Those people, including myself have 6 months to either find new employment or wait for redistribution."

"The building needs major overhauls, and it would be beneficial for empoyee moral to move to a location where the air / heat work properly."
