"Managers who constantly insist that we do better, yet have no idea what we do, nor are they involved in our work in any way. Impossible to move up, you basically are waiting for someone to die so you can have their position. Horrible work hours, sometimes 14 hour days. Unrealistic expectations. Overly heavy work load. The few good workers have everything put on their shoulders while the rest slack off and no one says a word about it."
