What do you like about working at ARAMARK?
"I liked having the free meals during all of my 6 hour shifts."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you want to challenge yourself with some good old fashioned blue collar labor, this is the job for you, If you have real aspirations and/or like people and being able to socialize with them without being reprimanded for wasting time, look elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at ARAMARK?
"I didn't like having the managers stand over my shoulder and watch everything I did. Personally, I work better when I'm relaxed and the managers' constant nitpicking consistently threw me off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The exact location that I worked at is a cafeteria for college students. Up front, the environment is calm and relaxed. Most of the kids who come in usually aren't in a rush. However, behind the scenes lies a very high stress environment in which even the shift management seems flurried. What needs to be understood is that the college cafeteria isn't considered 5 star dining, nor will it ever be."
What do you like about working at Goodwill?
"Yes, I would work for the company again I enjoyed."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just keep to yourself, don't allow people to get to you."
What don't you like about working at Goodwill?
"The favoritism should not play any part of the work we are doing."

"You can't look at everybody the same; some have different capabilities."

"Managers who constantly insist that we do better, yet have no idea what we do, nor are they involved in our work in any way. Impossible to move up, you basically are waiting for someone to die so you can have their position. Horrible work hours, sometimes 14 hour days. Unrealistic expectations. Overly heavy work load. The few good workers have everything put on their shoulders while the rest slack off and no one says a word about it."

"Change work hours, work distribution between employees, training process, supervising."
What do you like about working at Jimmy John's?
"Good team spirit and good leadership. The supervisors take time to make sure the newer people know what to do."

"Make it clear that you are willing to work hard and follow the rules."
What don't you like about working at Jimmy John's?
"There are some unpleasant jobs like cleaning out the bathrooms, and there are some demanding customers; sometimes it is very difficult to understand the orders placed on the phone."

"I would provide more opportunities for career development and advancement."

"Food tastes better when you work for it. Working in catering made me see that."

"Make sure you thoroughly research the company and know what you are getting yourself into."

"It came to a point where I was so sick and tired of being told what to do and getting in trouble for it because it was wrong, that I started doing what I thought was correct and ignoring my so called superiors."

"I would make sure that every employee was properly trained in all aspects of the job, in case they had to fill in elsewhere."

"I like my relationship with my general manager and coworkers. Besides that, I like helping my customers."

"I suggest they show strong interest in cooking and also show strong signs of flexibility."

"I do not like that there is no way for me to rank up and the fact that it is not computer science related."
