"Salary, temperature not very comfortable...employee favorites....employees who whine the most, get their way....time off.....many things...."

"Atleast have the store temperature comfortable...cooler!!"

"I was in Corporate and was facilities manager for 10 store, I enjoyed the challenges each day would bring. I love the construction and remodel coordination portion of this job and deal with different people on a day to day basis."

"Never kept me interested, and was never challenging."

"Don't be hypocritical in your management. Exp: writting up several of my fellow employees for not wearing their uniforms when unloading a 105+ degree grocery truck and 2 weeks later when the grocery manager and store manager come to assist in the truck unloading they all take their uniforms off. Lead by example."

"let each store run how each individual store needs to handle businees. stop nit picking at things that do not affect the flow of business"

"You need to know someone to get in, because I never got a chance for an interview until my mom (who worked there) talked to some people and made it happen."

"Being a cashier and taking guff from customer's who argued with a price hey saw and wanted when they knew full well that they were just scamming meijer's."

"They should let you off for things that you have going on becaus there would be many times that something would come up and they wouldn't let you off. Second I would be more focused on the customer's and not the speed of the transactions."
