"I thought since it was smaller and they sold it as family oriented that they would be kinder. The owner is a heartless woman."

"I would not recommend anyone goes to work there. There are too many issues to name them all."
What don't you like about working at MegaStar Financial?
"No training provided. I was a remote worker, so I had to set everything up on my own. It was a cluster."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get organized and realistic. You cannot expect a brand new person to the company, to be up to speed the first day."
