What do you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?
"I like the job I do and the fact that I get to touch so many people. I love getting setting up my programs and seeing the finished result and that the objectives of the program were met."

"My only tips would be to be yourself, be confident, and make sure to research the company before interviewing."
What don't you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?
"The only thing I do not like about my job is the routine, not much change. However the company itself is great, there are many opportunities for growth and they have great benefits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that they encourage a more collaborative environment so that workers are not intimidated to speak up and be involved. I would also encourage them to make sure that their employees have the proper tools to grow and make sure to encourage them to use them."

"Jut be themselves, compasionate, positive, caring and professional. This is a great hospital."

"I really don't dislike anything abouth this company. I am just looking for new opportunities"

"I love working for my managers, I have their trust a 100%"

"There is nothing that I like about working in this place."

"Run away as fast as you can. This is the worst place in the world to work."

"There is nothing good about working here except that I get a paycheck"

"The executive team needs to stop being Yes men and actually express what they feel. Intimidation needs to stop. Discrimination needs to stop."

"The staff needs to be empowered to do the jobs they are hired for."

"This was a really great company to work for, and lamentable that it lost its position."
What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"The company really seemed to care about their employees, not only within departments, but company-wide. There was a great cohesiveness in our department and we all worked very well together - no gossip or any issues."

"No, Countrywide Home Loans no longer exists."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"It was located quite a distance from my home, and the commute was a killer!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We were encouraged to make suggestions. I recommended that we start a group and meetings section of our department, and started it up."
