What do you like about working at MEDTOX Scientific?

"The only thing I like is the project that I have been asigned to work on. It is in an area that is of great interest to me and I enjoy working with the Engineers that the project is sourced out to."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are an experiences scientist, this place does not acknowledge it at all. You will get hired for a scientist position and but expect you to play the role of a tech. Scientist opinions really don't matter here. Only the bosses pseudo-scientific opinion is worship by everybody"

What don't you like about working at MEDTOX Scientific?

"Working under an incompetent boss who does not really understand the underlining scientific principles that is required to make a good product. Is responsible for most of the problems with the products because of bad decisions that he makes with regards to changes in product manufacture. Overrides conditions that are transferred from R&D to manufacture.Will make up excuses and stories to unsuspecting Senior Management for mistakes that is generated by his recommendations. Even the techs knows that he just BSing most of the time. Most people at work cannot believe half of what he says!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"HR should set up an evlautaion of Middle management. Just like Middle management evaluate people under them. Those people managed by Middle management should have the chance to evaluate their bosses. This is common practice in most companies"
