"We had plenty of high profile clients, Taco Bell, Cheech and Chong, Rampage UFC fighter Pauly D. Every project carried a lot of pride knowing that the feedback on our projects would make or break the company."

"Be prepared to hit the ground running. Project Managers are not from programming backgrounds."

"Project Managers where not from programming backgrounds. PMs trying to code on projects caused a lot of interruptions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create an information hub website to document programming tasks, where programmers can blog changes to code, serving as a library for programmers and managers to predict deadlines and delegation of assignments."
