Overall I had a good experience in the company even though the work structure of the company was a little unorthodox, but overall it was a good learning experience."

"This is very bad company at management, planning, people, processes, culture and people's behavior. This is totally pathetic company. There is nothing like professionalism and no manners in people that how to talk, mail and chat to their seniors and colleagues and there are no classes to teach them professionalism. For freshers and the experienced, the work is not challenging and it will ruin their career. People who are less experienced will lead and manage the people who are very experienced. There is no process and we are trying to set that up, but management itself is not concerned about this; people on the top level are behaving like a CHILD. No night shift allowances to employees, and no pick and drop facilities at night for the employees (No security concerns about the employee, in other words). MEDITAB is a worst company who is just misguiding their Clients. This is the company where no timings of the work and you need to strech till late nights no proper plannings. on an average working hours are 11-13 Hrs/Day Please be mature and teach your employee professionalism. Set some goals and also manage the project well in advance so not need to run in hurry at the last point of time. Most important is assign job role on their experience and capability not on how much time they have spent in the company."

"Meditab has a great product, probably the best I've sold. They continue to have high turn over and aren't managed very well. Too many promises made to sales reps and never following through. Commissions not being paid or very late. Constant company policies being changed."

"Accept a position only if you have absolutely nothing else available. Disregard management; the COO is the only decision maker here."

What don't you like about working at Meditab Software?

"They micro-manage, provide minimal online training (though I was told at time of hiring that I was to receive a full week's worth with a live trainer), not a single qualified lead (though I was told they had a first rate marketing and inside sales division) and the actual system was overpriced, not user-friendly and contained absolutely no help screens (not to mention lacked critical functionality for some of the specialties they claimed to address). Provided cheap, entry level equipment."

"Mean what you say. Stop telling half-truths and providing misinformation."
