"I worked at Medimpact Direct for almost three years. I had wonderful coworkers and a positive work environment. However, the management in my exceptions department was lacking. There was a distinct lack in communication which was acknowledged, but never changed. I was approached by management twice to become a senior in my role and I had accepted both times. I was told they were excited and would follow up soon and I was never followed up with and that went on for about a year before I left. The company would often require mandatory overtime when we received a large influx of new patients (which is fine) but then would offer little work-life balance and late in issuing raises both last year and this year."
