"Absolutely nothing especially if your white."

"Do Not I repeat Do Not take a job there especially if you are white ..... The facility is 95% black and they ridicule and discriminate against white people."

What don't you like about working at Medicalodges?

"No resident care and the DON is lazy and doesn't know how to instruct her nurses. The nurses are the Boss."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the DON and Office Management they both no nothing."
