"Do Not I repeat Do Not take a job there especially if you are white ..... The facility is 95% black and they ridicule and discriminate against white people."

"No resident care and the DON is lazy and doesn't know how to instruct her nurses. The nurses are the Boss."

"Fire the DON and Office Management they both no nothing."

"The residents and the satisfaction of trying to help give the residents,Quality of Life"

"Corporate doesn't give the administrators enough say, they back up all the bad staff.They also just want the money and don't give the residents proper care. The nursing staff don't do anything. The neglect that goes on would make you keep your loved ones home."

"Put your family members in there and get back to us"

"The lack of nursing care for the residents, corporate people would not stand behind their administrators to give quality care, no benefits, commissions, cost of living raises,or bonuses."

"They need to work in their nursing homes for one week so they can see what really goes on. They need to offer more training to their staff."
