"Corporate doesn't give the administrators enough say, they back up all the bad staff.They also just want the money and don't give the residents proper care. The nursing staff don't do anything. The neglect that goes on would make you keep your loved ones home."

"The lack of nursing care for the residents, corporate people would not stand behind their administrators to give quality care, no benefits, commissions, cost of living raises,or bonuses."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to work in their nursing homes for one week so they can see what really goes on. They need to offer more training to their staff."
