"Don't do it. You will never make enough money to survive."

"Horrible. Mind-numbing, tedious. The supervisors are nasty and try to make you feel like crap. I dread working every day."

"treat employees with dignity and respect instead of threatening to terminate for every little error."

"Employees produce more when they have fun at work. Employees don't like to be pushed around"

"Time to get promoted, they should have a job fair at least once a year"

"Have a job fair at least twice a year, that way employee would get promoted easier"

"Make sure you are willing to work hard, work more than you should, never get a thank you."

"It's hard on you're body, the lifting, pushing and pulling. You have to be on you're game because if you give a wrong med it could be life or death."

"Put residents first. Make sure everyone who works there is happy because they are the glue that keeps the company going."
