"This is also a very customer service oriented company, where an immense amount of patience is required, and you must be able to function to serve the needs of the customer within a fixed time limit."

What don't you like about working at Medical Mutual of Ohio?

"It was very difficult within this location of the company to move into another position from Customer Service, as the majority of the positions were located in Cleveland."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There were several process improvements which I had suggested in regards to how claims were processed through their system, to suggestions on streamlining protocol procedures."
