"I worked for Medical Mutual for almost a year and it was one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure being employed by. I lost my mother which caused me to leave the company on my own, but the staff and my bosses were beyond compassionate and helpful the whole way through. Definitely recommend working there!"

"It was very difficult within this location of the company to move into another position from Customer Service, as the majority of the positions were located in Cleveland."

"There were several process improvements which I had suggested in regards to how claims were processed through their system, to suggestions on streamlining protocol procedures."
