"The coworkers (not the boss or upper management). They were amazing, talented people and we all had a lot of fun because we were the only ones who understood how miserable that place is."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"RUN. Look for a different place to work. The high salaries she offers are just to blind you to the unhealthy work environment around you."
What don't you like about working at Medical Dynamics?
"it was an abusive environment to a T. micromanaged every second, CEO hates her life and is horrible to everyone. You're not expected to have a life outside the office and need to be on-call at all times. I can't imagine this place is going to stay open for a few years longer, given the awful way it's run."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Quit. At least stop being so awful to your employees."
