"Top management lacks knowledge of the industry & is not interested in understanding it or learning about it. The CEO works 5 hours a day. The company sells stock, tells investors it is for acquiring companies & uses it to keep the company running while it continues to lose money. The CEO has cost the company millions of dollars in lawsuits and bad decisions."
