"I do not think the medical center of staff here understands how important out Orthopedic department is or how much we do as well as the extent as what we do. I are overlooked big time! Our compensation is not enough for all we do. It especially makes use mad when we train students to be an Orthopedic Technician and they get a job making anywhere from $5-$8 an hour more then we make.. and they have NO experience!! There is a team of just 6 of us and we do not feel we are valued at all."

"Our supervisor is great and he really works hard to make sure we are taken care of and he is constantly trying to get our pay where it should be. The people above him how are the decision makers need the work! Our Orthopedic Technician turn over is not going to stop until they pay us what we deserve to be paid. Like organizations make about $8 more then us!"
