What don't you like about working at Howard University?
"I don't like the rudeness of other employees, I don't like the lack of team work, I don't like the fact that your boss does not stick up for you,I don't like the lack of support from doctors even when you are new to the hospital. I don't like the rudeness or tardiness from doctors, I don't like the unfair disciplinary actions taken by upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest weekly meetings, and even weekly training sessions to improve the employee relations as well as the patient relations."

"I was very satisfied with the position but had to relocate because of the commute."

"Honestly there really wasn't anything Negative about the company. This was a partime position I worked."

"The management at PCC was excellent and I hope they continue to provide great patient care to the customers."

"I enjoyed the people- my cowokers really cared about the patients and each other. We were like family, we would help each other out."

"My only tip would be to be prepared for crazy hectic days, but they are well worth it when Christmas time comes along"

"I was laid off because I was the last one hired, and I feel that there were some people there that didnt work as hard, and that they should have conducted the layoff strictly by performance."

"I really dont have any suggestions for management. the managers were really good at there job, and the people there were easy to manage"

"Friendly caring employees, professional personnel, reliable and thorough emergency and out call patient care."

"Only 1/2 hour for lunch break. An hour would have allowed for a better rest time from the constant needs of patient care."

"Give the employees an option of a 45 minute or 1 hour lunch break."

"I was responsible for processing all patients that came into our sites for vaccinations by ensuring that all documentation was completed correctly before a vaccine was gave."

"At that time I had to drive to various sites vs just being at one place."

"The experience and the relationship that all employees have with one another. The relationship that you have with the patients is one of a kind. The environment and the fact that you are helping people is satisfying."
