"I work with the founding Physician. I have learned to infuse certain medications for Rheumatoid disease and I have provided excellent patient care."

"If your talking about NWRA, my tip would be: at NWRA, it was like working with my family."

"Seeing patients that I have grown attached to in pain, knowing there is limited cure for the patients that have a Rheumatoid disease."

"I think in management it is vital to be confidential and professional, kind and understanding."

"Nothing really. I worked there because this was the first practice that offered me a job and I needed the money."

"If you value yourself and really take the time to care about your patients, don't waste your time at ENT & Audiology."
What don't you like about working at ENT & Audiology Associates?
"Everyone was overworked and underpaid. The owner and lead physician did not truly care about the employees. She didn't think she needed to pay the employees what they deserve. She fired me due to my stressful personal life when it didn't affect my work, except for one day and that was the day I was fired. She based a 2 year career with her on one bad day. I felt mistreated and emotionally abused."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would pay the employees more to show them that they are appreciated."
