What do you like about working at MediaMax Network?

"New projects. Challenging upgrades. Working with consultants. Coming up with new systems. Helping departments streamline and in improve their operations."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get in, get all the experience you can and get out quickly. MediaMax provides and great opportunity for someone who is smart, aggressive and motivated to learn quickly. However, there is limited opportunity for growth and the compensation is less than adequate. You will learn a lot about small business and entrepreneurship and get wide exposure to many areas of the business. However, after awhile it tapers off and your experience should award your greater opportunities and compensation. If you are not well liked by management, you will probably not be adequately rewarded for your hard work."

What don't you like about working at MediaMax Network?

"Compensation at MediaMax was inadequate. The company created a salary freeze that lasted over four years. In addition to that, employees were subjected to a 10% pay cut on top of the freeze. Raises were given arbitrarily to a chosen few. In addition, certain members of the management team were given free rein to create an intolerable work environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Empower employees to create new systems, policies and procedures to improve job functionsProvide more trainingEncourage new ideasDiscourage management practices that support an atmosphere of disrespect towards employees"
