"Without equal the worst company I have ever been associated with. Consumer Reports list them as the worst cable company in the US. Let’s face it, that says a lot. The company is micromanaged by the owner’s sister in NY. The company has no desire to get any better because they are receiving a subsidy from the government for 'under served areas'. This is not a company to work for if you are honest and hardworking. You will run into too many blocks put in place to stop you. I say not only Caveat emptor if you are a customer but also Caveat Subscriptor if you are a potential employee."

They are all about "losing paperwork" that proves their crime and sending collection notices to people who received confirmation of payment, and never contacting them about the bill. I hope they get shut down and have huge fines slapped on them. Boycott!"

"Do not work in this co. unless you are going to be a manager or higher because they don't even promote their own supervisors. It's a dead-end company"
