"After 7 years the pay was terrible for the responsibilities of the job."

"Treat your employees better that have been with you the longest. If they ask for a raise maybe they need it. Don't think you are the only game in town and get with the times on pay scales. Treat your IT dept better. Review your high turnover rate."
